Unless you have incredible will power, appetite suppression is going to be necessary for your diet to succeed. There are certain simple things you can do for this like filling your stomach with water or cabbage, which result in temporary appetite suppression. For more effective and long term appetite suppression there are two types of herbal appetite suppressants to consider. The first is a green tea extract, which can offer moderate appetite suppression but unfortunately works because of all the caffeine in it. This means that the appetite suppression will come at the price of jitters and occasionally insomnia. The other natural option for appetite suppression is Hoodia; which works in a different way than a stimulant like caffeine. Instead, it offers appetite suppression by making the brain think that levels of sugar in the body are very high, and it shuts off the hunger sensation because it believes you have just eaten a large meal. With no side effects or health risks, this makes Hoodia the best option for appetite suppression.

For effective, yet safe weight loss there are a couple of methods and tricks you can use. The first thing to realize is that a rapid change from hefty to skinny is most likely not achievable, there is not going to be an instant solution to a problem that developed over the course of years; and even if you do manage it there is no way that it was safe weight loss. Safe weight loss means not losing more than three or four pounds maximum per week (depending on your starting weight of course). There will be times when a piece of fruit is not going to stand a chance against a piece of chocolate cake when put side by side. Safe weight loss can still be successful if you use an appetite suppressant, you just need to chose the right one. This is where Hoodia enters into safe weight loss. It is completely safe, having no side effects, and is very effective. You can still achieve your weight loss by having an occasional piece of cake or chocolate bar, but it requires portion control and should only be eaten on rare occasion. Safe weight loss may not be as appealing as dropping all of the weight in a short amount of time, but your body will thank you for making the healthier choice.

What exactly is the fastest weight loss method? There are certain things you can do to drop a few pounds within a matter of hours, but as most boxers would tell you none of these are very enjoyable or particularly healthy even if they do offer the fastest weight loss. Rather than searching the internet for the fastest weight loss you should be searching for permanent weight loss and healthy weight loss. This means gradually dropping pounds, a couple a week, while doing a moderate amount of exercise and eating a healthy diet. This is not as immediately appealing as the newest and fastest weight loss plan or pill being hyped at the moment but it is much more likely to be permanent and it will not have a negative effect on your health. If you have problems controlling your hunger you should consider using a healthy appetite suppressant like Hoodia, which is extremely effective but has no side effects. You can use it to achieve the fastest weight loss possible if you want, but like I said a more gradual slimming down will stick and be healthier.
